Here she is Sandy...she has captured the hearts of over 10 guys who care for her on a daily basis. It is their wish to get her to safety and they have even found her a ride to the shelter. It is their hope that she makes it to the USA where she will be loved and have a long happy life.

The bond between a soldier and his dog in a wartorn country is truly incredible. The impact these puppies have on NUMEROUS guys over there is just more amazing. We at Puppy Rescue Mission believe these puppies are impacting our Soldiers for a reason and that is why our Mission is to help them get their furry companions to safety. PRM is fundraising for these soldiers so that ASALcan rescue them. It just takes a few dollars from a large group to accomplish this Mission.

So RALLY everyone and Lets Get Sandy Girl Home. She is too precious to leave there to die!

Lets get Sandy to The Land of the Free BECAUSE of the Brave!

Sweet Ginger!

Ginger still needs a home. She is a petite Black Lab Mix. Please help her get to the USA!

This is Peanut a sweet little dog that was rescued from the streets of Kabul. She was very thin and sickly when she arrived to the shelter and with some tender loving care she is now doing better. We have a home in the USA for her and she will head there in January with an escort. Now to tackle the fundraising.
Would greatly appreciate any donations for this pup! We are very proud that another puppy will be headed to
The Land of the Free because of the Brave!

Playtime with My Soldier~Love Alph & Bear

Puppy Rescue Mission

Beautiful Baby Boy Bruno

Bruno's Soldiers Words~

"He is a great puppy. He started coming around recently and honestly just captured my heart. Once I started playing around with him he made me feel at ease in a strange way. I could not help but think of how he would be a wonderful addition to my home. Every day he comes around and he plays with some of our guys, I try to see him everyday but I miss him sometimes."

This soldier has a dog he loves greatly back home named River. Because of some family issues River is going to be split up from the brother pup he has been with for 3 years. This soldier is hoping that Bruno will fill that void for not only River but also for him and his son.

Because of the trials this soldier is facing Puppy Rescue Mission must make this happen!!!
Please help us!! Donate to Mission Bruno and lets get him to
The Land of the Free, Because of The Brave!

Ginger, a sweet female lab mix whom we rescued from the streets several months ago is needing a home in the USA and funding to get her there. She was originally placed with a local family but they did not treat or feed her well enough (this is a terrible problem for us) and we had to take her back as she was looking thinner and weaker. Now has gained some weight since arriving back at the shelter and we are determined to find her a loving home here in the USA. She could also travel in January if we have her funds. Ginger is very sweet and she is not tiny but small and light enough to be pick up and hold, as you can see. We have asked our vet to spay her this week and plan to bring her home late January if all goes well. It is our dearest wish (and urgent need) to find her a loving home by that time. Now to tackle the fundraising for this sweetie! We greatly appreciate any donations! We need your help to get another puppy to

This is Peanut, a sweet little dog rescued from the streets of Kabul.  She was a very very thin little pup when we got her.  Now she is doing so much better and in need of a home that can shower her with love.  We have a very good prospective home for her in the USA and just need some funds to bring her to the Land of the Free, Because of The Brave.  She will have a traveling companion to escort her safely.

General Order 1A

Bases going to the dogs - and cats

Seems that U.S. Military General Order 1A will be evaluated for many years to come.  Hopefully the Department of Defense will see the value in the furry friends assisting the soldiers mentally, physically and mostly emotionally!  Paw Salute

Daisy was origanlly another platoon's (3rd PLT Charlie Company 1/506 IN) dog, but their First Sergeant wouldnt let them keep here anymore. Their platoon leader is friends with mine. They brought her down here so they wouldn't have to get rid of her or put her down. Since then sh has been running around our little COP barking at locals and keeping other dogs from outside the cop away. She is an awesome puppy that reminds me of a dachshund. She keeps my younger soldiers happy, and me as well. She has an awesome personality that makes everyone smile.

Let's get this sweetie home for the Holidays!

Thank You & Paw Salute

Pixie needs Puppy Rescue Mission to get her to her Soldier!!!

Basically, I inherited a puppy which I have grown really attached too. I do not know the exact details of how she was found but she was rescued from being put down by some dog handlers. The dog handler then returned to the UK after bringing her to the FOB I work at.

Since she arrived, I have made sure she has been fed and looked after to the point she just follows me everywhere. This has caused a few problems as she follows me into ops and tries to follow me when I go anywhere in a vehicle. Moreover, she has a strange fascination with cables and shoe strings which can present a problem as you can imagine.

Her name is Pixie and she is a grey/white afghan mongrel who is very playful and affectionate. I have attached some pics and to be honest I have well over 100 pictures. Iam also eagly awaiting toys and puppy items that I have had sent over from home.

This is where I am not sure what to do, I know she would be well looked after here but even when I was away for a few days she has been scratching at my door and pining for me. I would love to take her back to the UK but I have no idea how to do this.
I am quite prepared to stump up as much as I can afford to get her back to the UK with me but when I looked checked through work it was going to take longer than the time I have left in theatre. She was rescued from being put down in a village and ended at my FOB about 2 months ago and I have looked after her ever since.
She is an adorable friendly puppy who is full of mischief..I would be gutted to leave Pixie behind.

Many Thanks!

The $2500 we are rasing are to get Pixie to the UK.  Then she has quarantine fees which Pixie's Daddy is trying to fundraise.  We will keep you posted as to how that is going.
Soldier only has a limited amount of time before he leaves.  Please help!
